Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2077 platform:
- Using bots, automated software, or any unauthorised method to access the platform.
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other benefits fraudulently.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transactions.
- Disrupting system operations or platform security.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 2077 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used are legitimate and sourced from a bank account registered in their own name.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method.
- Funds are credited once the transaction is successfully verified.
- 2077 does not cover any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
- Withdrawals are processed to the bank account registered under the user's name only.
- 2077 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
- Any attempt to withdraw funds via a method different from the original deposit method may require additional review.
2077 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud or activity that violates these terms. Any transaction that has been confirmed and processed cannot be unilaterally reversed by the user.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
2077 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that these Terms & Conditions have been violated. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Registering false information or using another person's identity.
- Abuse or manipulation of the bonus and rewards system.
- Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or illegal transactions.

2077 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, business disruption, or data damage arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. The platform is provided "as is" and 2077 does not guarantee that services will be entirely free from technical interruptions. Users access this platform at their own risk and are responsible for backing up any personal information as needed.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 2077 platform â including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and other materials â is the exclusive property of 2077 or our licensors. No part of this content may be copied, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from 2077.
